TOPONE Tail Board Snatch Block is a heavy-duty single-sheave pulley block designed for wire rope lifting, pulling and rigging applications. Featuring an opening tail board, swivel oval eye and pressure lubrication fittings, it allows convenient rope installation and maintenance. Bronze bushing and roller bearing configurations are available for different operating requirements. Reference sizes range from 3 to 12 inches, with working load ratings from 2 to 8 tons.
TOPONE H404 Tail Board Snatch Block features an opening tail board that allows wire rope installation without threading the rope through the entire pulley. Its heavy-duty steel construction, swivel oval eye and bolt-retaining mechanism provide convenient rigging and secure assembly.
The grooved sheave is available with bronze bushings or roller bearings, while pressure lubrication fittings support smooth rotation and routine maintenance. Reference sizes range from 3 to 12 inches, with SWL ratings of 2–8 tons.
Designed for construction, marine rigging, winching and industrial material handling, this block supports suitable wire rope lifting and pulling systems. TOPONE accepts customization inquiries for sheave sizes, bearing types and connection configurations.

Name: Tail Board Snatch Block
MOQ: To Be Confirmed
Package: Carton + Steel Pallet
Manufacturing Standards:
Manufactured according to approved product drawings, material specifications and dimensional requirements. The steel frame, sheave, swivel eye, opening tail board and retaining components must meet the confirmed product design. ASME B30.26 provides relevant requirements for applicable rigging blocks; any compliance claim must be supported by TOPONE's product-specific documentation.
Testing Standards:
Inspection includes dimensional verification, visual examination, sheave rotation checks, swivel eye inspection and tail board locking verification. Load testing and fatigue testing shall follow the approved product specification and applicable requirements. Test certificates and material traceability shall only be claimed when supported by actual records.
Application Standards:
Select the block according to its verified Working Load Limit (WLL), wire rope diameter, attachment type and operating environment. The load on the block and supporting connection depends on rope tension and direction. Ensure the opening mechanism is securely closed before operation. Avoid overloading, improper side loading and incompatible wire rope sizes.
Maintenance Standards:
Inspect the frame, sheave, axle, swivel eye, tail board, retaining spring and bearings before use. Check for cracks, deformation, corrosion, excessive wear and loose or damaged fasteners. Lubricate moving components through the pressure grease fittings according to the approved maintenance instructions. Remove damaged equipment from service until inspected and cleared for use.
