TOPONE Trawl Blocks are heavy-duty marine pulley blocks designed for commercial fishing, offshore rigging and wire rope handling. Featuring a flame-hardened steel sheave, spherical roller bearings and a corrosion-resistant finish, these blocks are designed for demanding marine operations. Reference sizes range from 4 to 22 inches, with Safe Working Loads (SWL) from 2 to 30 tons. Customized sheave sizes, connection fittings and surface treatments are available upon request.
TOPONE Trawl Blocks are designed for demanding commercial fishing and offshore applications. Constructed with a carbon steel body and flame-hardened steel sheave, these marine pulley blocks provide wear resistance for steel wire rope guiding and trawling operations.
Spherical roller bearings support smooth rotation under suitable operating loads, while lubrication points facilitate maintenance. Hot-dip galvanized or painted finishes provide corrosion protection in marine environments.
Available in reference sizes from 4 to 22 inches, with SWL ratings from 2 to 30 tons, these blocks are suitable for fishing vessels, trawl winch systems, offshore rope handling and marine equipment operations. TOPONE supports customized sheave dimensions, bearing arrangements, connection fittings and surface treatments.

Technical Notes:
The specifications above are reference product data and require confirmation for the final TOPONE design.
SWL means Safe Working Load.
The exact ton unit must be confirmed before final product labeling.
Wire rope diameter must match the approved sheave groove and operating conditions.
Bearing type, sheave material and corrosion protection shall follow the confirmed product specifications.
The reference design describes a minimum ultimate strength-to-working-load ratio of 5:1; this ratio must not be claimed for TOPONE without appropriate design verification and test records.
Alternative dimensions and configurations are subject to technical confirmation.
Name: Heavy Duty Trawl Blocks
MOQ: To Be Confirmed
Package: Carton + Steel Pallet
Manufacturing Standards:
Manufactured according to approved product drawings, material specifications and dimensional requirements. The carbon steel frame, flame-hardened sheave, bearing assembly and connection fittings shall meet the confirmed design.
Material selection, heat treatment, welding, surface finishing and assembly requirements are determined according to the intended marine application.
Hot-dip galvanizing may be evaluated against ISO 1461 where applicable to the specific components and finishing process.
Testing Standards:
Product inspection and testing may include:
Material identification and traceability verification
Visual and dimensional inspection
Sheave groove measurement
Bearing rotation and lubrication checks
Connection fitting and axle inspection
Surface finish inspection
Working load verification
Proof-load testing according to the approved product specification
Where required, inspection or certification arrangements may be evaluated against the applicable requirements of classification societies such as DNV, Lloyd's Register or ABS.
Compliance and third-party approval shall only be declared when supported by actual product-specific documentation.
Application Standards:
Trawl blocks must be selected according to their verified Safe Working Load (SWL), wire rope diameter, connection configuration and intended operating conditions.
The forces acting on the block, sheave, supporting connection and anchor depend on rope tension and direction. The complete trawling or rigging arrangement must be evaluated to ensure all components remain within their rated capacities.
Avoid overloading, shock loading, improper side loading and incompatible wire rope configurations. Marine operations must follow the applicable vessel equipment requirements and operating procedures.
Maintenance Standards:
Inspect the block frame, sheave, bearings, axle, connection fittings and retaining components before operation.
Check for cracks, deformation, excessive wear, corrosion, damaged rope grooves and restricted sheave rotation.
Lubricate bearings and moving components according to the approved maintenance instructions. After exposure to seawater, remove salt deposits and contaminants using a suitable cleaning procedure.
Inspect protective coatings regularly, particularly at areas exposed to repeated contact, impact or abrasion.
Remove damaged equipment from service until it has been evaluated and approved for continued operation.
