TOPONE Steel Rope Pulley is designed for light-duty lifting, pulling, and wire rope guiding applications. Featuring a durable steel plate frame, cast metal sheave, and electro-galvanized finish, it provides reliable rope guidance and improved corrosion resistance. Available in 4-inch and 5-inch reference sizes, with Safe Working Loads (SWL) of 1.5 and 2.5 tons respectively, this non-swivel pulley is suitable for construction, machinery maintenance, and general industrial rigging applications.
TOPONE Steel Rope Pulley features a sturdy steel plate frame and cast sheave designed to guide steel wire ropes in suitable lifting and pulling systems. The electro-galvanized surface provides corrosion protection, while the non-swivel construction offers a straightforward pulley arrangement for compatible fixed connections.
Available in 4-inch and 5-inch sizes, these pulleys accommodate reference wire rope diameters of 10 mm and 12 mm. They are suitable for construction, industrial maintenance, equipment handling, and appropriately rated winch or rope-guiding systems.
TOPONE supports customized colors, pulley dimensions, and connection configurations according to customer requirements. Final specifications and working load ratings are subject to technical confirmation.

Technical Notes:
The specifications above are based on the reference product configuration.
SWL means Safe Working Load.
The exact ton unit must be confirmed before publishing final TOPONE ratings.
Rope diameter must match the selected sheave groove and approved rope specification.
The pulley must be selected according to the forces acting on its frame and connection, not only the rope tension.
Connection dimensions, material specifications, and final load ratings must be verified against TOPONE's approved product drawings.
Customized configurations are subject to technical confirmation.
Name: Steel Rope Pulley
MOQ: To Be Confirmed
Package: Carton + Steel Pallet
Manufacturing Standards:
Manufactured according to approved product drawings, dimensional specifications, and material requirements. The steel plate frame, cast sheave, axle, and connection components must meet the confirmed design. The electro-galvanized surface treatment shall follow the agreed finishing requirements.
ASME B30.26 may provide relevant requirements for rigging blocks where applicable. Any declaration of conformity must be supported by product-specific technical and inspection records.
Testing Standards:
Product inspection includes dimensional verification, visual examination, sheave rotation checks, rope groove inspection, and examination of the frame, axle, and connection components.
Working load verification and proof-load testing shall follow the approved product-specific testing procedure and applicable requirements. Test certificates shall only be issued where supported by actual inspection and testing records.
Application Standards:
Select the steel rope pulley according to its verified SWL, compatible wire rope diameter, connection type, and intended operating conditions.
The pulley, wire rope, attachment components, and supporting structure must be suitable for the forces generated by the complete lifting or pulling arrangement.
Avoid overloading, improper side loading, shock loading, and incompatible rope sizes. The pulley must not be used for lifting personnel unless the complete equipment and application are specifically designed and approved for that purpose.
Maintenance Standards:
Inspect the steel frame, sheave, axle, and connection components before use. Check for cracks, deformation, corrosion, excessive wear, loose fittings, and restricted sheave rotation.
Keep the rope groove clean and lubricate moving parts according to the manufacturer's maintenance instructions. Store the pulley in a clean, dry environment when not in use.
Remove damaged or defective equipment from service until it has been inspected and approved for continued use.
