Technical Notes:
The above values are reference specifications and must be confirmed against TOPONE's final product drawing.
SWL means Safe Working Load.
The exact meaning of the reference “ton” unit must be confirmed before final product labeling.
Rope diameter must match the approved sheave groove and operating requirements.
The swivel eye is designed to permit rotation within its approved operating conditions; side loading and unrestricted rotation under load must not be assumed permissible.
The wide throat opening refers to fitting clearance and does not mean that an anchor chain can automatically be routed through the sheave.
Final product ratings, material specifications and customization options require technical confirmation.
Name: Try Net Block
MOQ: To Be Confirmed
Package: Carton + Steel Pallet
Manufacturing Standards:
Manufactured according to approved product drawings, material specifications and dimensional requirements. The forged steel components, swivel eye, sheave, axle and connecting fittings must meet the confirmed product design.
Hot-dip galvanized components may be evaluated according to ISO 1461 where applicable to the materials and finishing process. Any specific standard compliance claim must be supported by product documentation.
Testing Standards:
Inspection and verification may include:
Visual and dimensional inspection
Material verification
Sheave and rope groove measurement
Swivel eye inspection
Throat opening and fitting clearance checks
Sheave rotation and lubrication checks
Galvanized surface inspection
Working load and proof-load verification according to approved requirements
Load testing and certification must follow the applicable product specification. Test reports shall only be declared when supported by actual records.
Application Standards:
Select the Try Net Block according to its verified SWL, rope diameter, attachment dimensions and marine operating conditions.
The block, wire rope, connecting fittings and supporting structure must be suitable for the forces produced by the complete rigging arrangement.
Avoid overload, shock loading, unintended side loading and incompatible connection fittings. The equipment must not be used for personnel lifting unless specifically designed and approved for that purpose.
Maintenance Standards:
Inspect the block frame, sheave, axle, swivel eye and retaining components before operation. Check for cracks, deformation, excessive wear, corrosion and restricted sheave movement.
Lubricate moving components according to the approved maintenance instructions. Clean salt deposits and marine contaminants using suitable procedures, and inspect the protective finish regularly.
Remove damaged equipment from service until it has been evaluated and approved for continued use.
