TOPONE Red Snatch Block with Eye is a heavy-duty single-sheave pulley block designed for steel wire rope lifting, pulling and rigging applications. Featuring an eye connection, heat-treated forged alloy steel components, roller bearings and a red protective finish, it is suitable for construction, marine operations and industrial material handling. Reference sizes range from 3 to 8 inches, with working load ratings from 1.5 to 8 tons. Custom configurations are available upon technical confirmation.
TOPONE Red Snatch Block with Eye is designed for lifting and pulling systems that require reliable rope guidance, strong structural components and a practical eye-type attachment.
The block features a heavy-duty metal structure with heat-treated forged alloy steel components. Its grooved sheave guides compatible steel wire rope through lifting or pulling arrangements, while the steel roller bearings support smooth rotation and help reduce friction during operation.
The eye connection allows the block to be attached to compatible shackles and other approved rigging hardware. Unlike a hook-type snatch block, the eye connection provides an alternative attachment arrangement for applications that require a closed connecting point.
A red protective surface finish provides a distinctive appearance and helps protect exposed metal surfaces. The final coating specification, including any galvanizing treatment, should be confirmed according to the intended working environment.

1. Heat-Treated Forged Alloy Steel Components
The forged alloy steel construction is designed to provide strength and durability for approved industrial lifting and pulling applications. Material grades and heat treatment requirements are determined by the final product specification.
2. Eye-Type Connection
The eye attachment allows connection to suitable shackles and compatible rigging fittings, making the block practical for different installation arrangements.
3. Steel Roller Bearings
Roller bearings support smooth sheave rotation and help minimize friction during rope movement.
4. Pressure Grease Fittings
Grease fittings provide access for bearing lubrication and support routine maintenance.
5. Red Protective Surface Finish
The red finish helps distinguish the pulley block and protects exposed surfaces. Additional corrosion protection can be specified according to the approved coating process.
6. Multiple Working Load Options
The reference product range covers nominal sizes from 3 to 8 inches with listed working load ratings from 1.5 to 8 tons.
7. Wire Rope Compatibility
The grooved sheave is designed for specified steel wire rope diameters. Rope size must match the approved sheave dimensions and operating requirements.
8. Custom Manufacturing Options
TOPONE accepts inquiries for alternative sheave sizes, eye dimensions, bearing configurations, surface treatments and rope compatibility.
Marine and Shipboard Rigging
Red snatch blocks with eye connections can be used in appropriately rated rope-handling systems aboard vessels, at ports and in dockside maintenance operations.
The eye fitting allows connection to compatible shackles and other approved rigging hardware. Corrosion protection and maintenance requirements should be evaluated for marine environments.
Construction and Heavy Equipment Handling
These snatch blocks are suitable for properly designed wire rope lifting and pulling systems used in construction and machinery handling.
They can help redirect rope tension and support different reeving arrangements where the block, attachment and anchor have adequate rated capacities.
Industrial Machinery Installation
In factories and industrial facilities, snatch blocks can assist with the positioning and movement of machinery components through appropriately engineered lifting or pulling arrangements.
Mining and Material Handling
The heavy-duty construction may suit suitable wire rope systems used in mining equipment maintenance and material handling, subject to verified ratings and environmental requirements.
Winch and Wire Rope Systems
Snatch blocks can redirect steel wire rope in compatible winching arrangements. The forces acting on the block and its attachment depend on the direction and tension of the rope sections.
For a different single-sheave construction, see TOPONE's Half Side Block.

Technical Notes:
The listed dimensions and SWL values are reference specifications.
The reference source does not define whether "ton" represents metric tonnes or another ton unit. TOPONE must confirm the unit before finalizing product markings and commercial specifications.
The final rated capacity depends on the approved product design, connection structure and inspection records.
The selected wire rope diameter must match the approved sheave groove.
The working load acting on the block attachment may differ from the tension in an individual rope section.
A 4:1 design factor is mentioned in the reference configuration but must not be claimed for TOPONE without supporting design and test records.
Custom dimensions, eye fittings and protective finishes are subject to technical confirmation.
Name: Red Snatch Block with Eye
MOQ: 1 Piece, subject to order confirmation
Package: Carton + Steel Pallet
Manufacturing Standards:
Manufactured according to approved technical drawings, material specifications and dimensional requirements. The frame, forged components, sheave, eye fitting and bearing assembly shall meet the confirmed product design.
ASME B30.26 may provide relevant guidance for rigging blocks where applicable. Compliance with any specific standard must be verified against the applicable edition and corresponding TOPONE product records.
Testing Standards:
Product inspection and testing should include:
Visual inspection of the frame and forged components
Dimensional verification of the sheave and rope groove
Eye connection inspection
Bearing rotation and lubrication checks
Pin and retaining component inspection
Surface finish inspection
Working load verification according to the approved test procedure
Proof-load testing where required by the applicable specificationWorking load ratings, design factors and test certificates shall be supported by actual product-specific records.
Application Standards:
The snatch block must be selected according to its verified Working Load Limit (WLL), wire rope diameter, connection type and intended working conditions.
The load acting on the block and its anchor depends on the rope tension and the angle between the rope sections. The complete lifting or pulling system must be evaluated to confirm that the block, shackles, rope, supporting structure and other components remain within their approved ratings.
The eye connection must be loaded in its intended direction, and side loading or excessive angular loading must be avoided unless specifically permitted by the approved design.
The snatch block must not be used for lifting personnel unless the complete equipment and application are specifically designed and approved for that purpose.
Maintenance Standards:
Inspect the frame, eye fitting, sheave, bearings, axle, pins and retaining components before operation.
Check for cracks, deformation, excessive wear, corrosion, loose fittings or restricted sheave rotation.
Lubricate the roller bearings through the designated grease fittings according to the product maintenance instructions.
Inspect the wire rope for broken wires, deformation, corrosion and other deterioration. ISO 4309 provides relevant guidance for steel wire rope inspection where its scope applies.
Remove the snatch block from service if defects may affect safe operation, and arrange assessment by qualified personnel before returning it to use.
