TOPONE Triple Wooden Shell Blocks guide rope through three sheaves in a wooden housing. The pictured eye-type models are available in 200 mm and 220 mm sizes, with listed safe working loads of 660 kg and 1,100 kg respectively. Swivel Hook, Fixed Hook, Anchor Shackle and Swivel Eye connections can be specified as options.
· Three-sheave design: Three sheaves provide separate rope paths for a suitable multi-part reeving arrangement. The pulling force depends on the complete reeving setup, rope friction and load direction.
· Wooden shell and fittings: The wooden housing supports the sheave assembly. Specify the required wood finish, metal fittings and bushing arrangement against the approved product drawing. The reference product family describes hardwood shells and forged fittings.
· Optional top fittings: Swivel Hook, Fixed Hook, Anchor Shackle or Swivel Eye, etc. The product shown in the parameter table is the eye-type reference configuration. State the required fitting when ordering.
· Rope and applications: The pictured models list rope diameter ranges of 20–22 mm and 22–24 mm. They may be specified for compatible fiber-rope lifting and pulling arrangements in workshops, construction and general material handling.
· Customization: TOPONE accepts requests for connection style, shell size, rope groove, finish and project-specific drawings. The final rated load, dimensions and weight must be confirmed for the selected configuration.
· Precautions: Check the wooden shell for cracks and the fittings for deformation or looseness before use. Confirm that all three sheaves rotate freely, the rope fits the grooves and the complete rigging arrangement stays within its rated load. Store the block in a clean, dry place.
