TOPONE Single Wooden Shell Blocks guide rope through one grooved sheave housed in a wooden shell. The eye-type reference range covers 140–280 mm sizes, 14–24 mm rope diameter ranges and listed safe working loads of 180–600 kg. Four top-fitting styles are available to specify for the intended rigging arrangement.
Single-sheave design: One sheave guides the rope through a compact block suitable for a specified lifting or pulling arrangement.
Construction: The wooden shell protects the sheave assembly. The sheave, axle, bushing, metal fittings and wood finish are confirmed against the final product drawing. The reference product family describes hardwood shells and forged fittings with bronze bushings.
Optional top fittings: Swivel Hook, Fixed Hook, Anchor Shackle or Swivel Eye, etc. Specify the fitting when ordering. The table below applies only to the pictured eye-type reference configuration; other fittings may change the overall dimensions, unit weight or rated capacity.
Applications: For compatible fiber-rope handling in workshops, construction and general material handling. Select the block according to the rope type, groove fit, connection rating and load imposed on the complete rigging system.
Customization: TOPONE accepts requests for shell size, connection style, rope groove and finish. The approved configuration determines the final specification.
Precautions: Before use, inspect the wood for cracks or splitting, check the top fitting and axle, and confirm that the sheave turns freely. Avoid shock loading and store the block in a clean, dry place.
