The TOPONE Single Pulley Snatch Block with Eye redirects wire rope in lifting and pulling systems. Its opening side allows rope installation without feeding the full rope length through the block. Five reference sizes are available, with nominal sheave sizes from 3 to 8 inches.
The Single Pulley Snatch Block with Eye combines one grooved sheave, an eye connection and an opening side. During setup, the side can be opened to place the wire rope on the sheave. The eye connects to a suitable, rated fitting at the anchor point.
· Size and load rating: Five reference sizes are listed below, with published safe working loads from 0.5 to 4 ton. Select a block using the forces acting on the block in the complete rope arrangement.
· Rope compatibility: The listed rope diameters range from 6 to 16 mm. Confirm the rope construction and groove compatibility for the selected size.
· Applications: Suitable configurations can be used for rope direction changes in lifting, drilling, mining and general industrial pulling systems.
· Finish and customization: TOPONE accepts requests for block size, connection details, rope compatibility and surface finish. Final specifications depend on the approved product drawing.
