TOPONE Single Sheave Marine Cargo Blocks guide steel wire rope in vessel and port rigging systems. The reference range covers 6–18 in sizes, 2–20 ton SWL and 10–28 mm rope diameters, with tapered roller bearings and a painted finish. Connection fittings can be specified for the intended installation.
These cargo blocks use a single grooved sheave to guide rope through a marine lifting or pulling arrangement. Select the block by its rated load, rope diameter and top connection, then verify the forces acting on the complete system.
· Materials and construction: The reference configuration uses a painted steel assembly and a sheave fitted with tapered roller bearings.
· Connection options: N type stud eye, L type oval eye, Q type double lug and Y type duckbill eye. Specify the required fitting when ordering.
· Applications: Vessel equipment handling, shipyard rigging and port cargo handling where the block and its supporting structure are rated for the task.
· Customization: TOPONE accepts requests for fitting geometry, bearing arrangement, rope groove and finish. The final rating depends on the approved configuration.
