TOPONE Double Wooden Shell Blocks guide rope through two sheaves housed in a wooden shell. The pictured eye-type models cover 140–240 mm sizes, 14–24 mm rope diameter ranges and listed safe working loads of 660–1,800 kg. The top connection can be specified to suit the rigging arrangement.
Double-sheave design: Two separate sheaves support multi-part rope reeving. The pulling force and load acting on the block depend on the complete rope arrangement; two sheaves do not automatically double the block’s rated capacity.
Construction: A wooden shell encloses the two grooved sheaves and their axle assembly. Confirm the wood finish, sheave material, bushings and metal fittings against the approved drawing. The reference product family describes hardwood shells, forged fittings and galvanized metal parts.
Optional top fittings: Swivel Hook, Fixed Hook, Anchor Shackle or Swivel Eye. State the required fitting when ordering. The table below describes the pictured eye-type reference configuration; another fitting may change the rated load, dimensions and weight.
Applications: For compatible fiber-rope lifting and pulling arrangements in workshops, construction and general material handling. Select the rope and attachment hardware according to the approved block specification.

Precautions: Inspect the wood for cracks or splitting and check the fitting, axle and free rotation of both sheaves before use. Avoid shock loading, keep the rope seated in the grooves and store the block in a clean, dry location.
