G43 Stainless Steel Chain Sling close left right

G43 Stainless Steel Chain Sling

G43 Stainless Steel Chain Sling is assembled from Grade 43 AISI 316 stainless steel chain with compatible master links, hooks, shackles and connecting components. It is designed for marine rigging, load securing and industrial connection applications where resistance to moisture, saltwater and corrosive environments is required.

  • Introduction

G43 Stainless Steel Chain Sling combines Grade 43 chain performance with AISI 316 stainless steel construction. The molybdenum-containing 316 stainless steel provides increased resistance to chloride-containing environments compared with AISI 304, making the assembly suitable for marine and saltwater applications.

The sling can be configured according to the required chain diameter, effective working length and connection method.

    Material: AISI 316 Stainless Steel

    Standards

Name: G43 Stainless Steel Chain Sling

    MOQ: 1 Piece

    Package: Carton + Steel Pallet

    Manufacturing Standards

The chain sling is manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel Grade 43 chain and compatible stainless steel connecting components. Production control covers material verification, chain dimensions, component compatibility, assembly dimensions and identification.

The required chain diameter, sling configuration, effective working length and terminal fittings are determined according to the customer's specified application.

    Testing Standards

Finished assemblies can be inspected and tested according to the agreed purchase specification, including:

    AISI 316 material verification

    Dimensional inspection

    Visual inspection

    Chain and fitting inspection

    Assembly inspection

    Specified load testing

    Identification and traceability verification

Material certificates and test documentation can be supplied according to order requirements.

    Application Standards

G43 Stainless Steel Chain Sling is primarily intended for:

    Marine rigging

    Anchor and deck equipment connections

    Load securing

    Cargo restraint

    Industrial chain assemblies

Applications exposed to moisture and saltwater

Grade 43 designation alone does not qualify a chain sling for overhead lifting. When an assembly is required for overhead lifting, its chain, master links, hooks, connecting components, WLL and completed assembly must be specifically designed, tested and certified for that service.

    Maintenance Standards

Inspect the complete assembly before use, paying particular attention to:

    Chain link wear and deformation

    Cracks or mechanical damage

    Master link condition

    Hook and shackle condition

    Connecting components

    Localized corrosion

    Identification and traceability markings

Assemblies with cracks, permanent deformation, excessive wear or damaged load-bearing components should be removed from service.
