Toothed Wheels are designed to engage DIN 764 and TOPONE LH round steel chains in scraper, conveyor and traction systems. They can be manufactured in one piece or in two halves assembled with transverse screws for easier disassembly. Available materials include GS-800 spheroidal graphite cast iron, special case-hardened NiCrMo alloy steel for scrapers and conveyors, and quenched and tempered alloy steel for traction conveyors and other applications. Catalogue models cover chain sizes from 10 × 35 mm to 22 × 86 mm with 6–10 teeth.
Toothed Wheels engage compatible round steel chains through accurately arranged teeth around the wheel circumference. The catalogue includes models for DIN 764 chains and CICSA LH chains.
The wheel can use a one-piece construction or a two-half construction. Transverse screws connect the two halves and allow easier disassembly.
Material options depend on the application:
GS-800 spheroidal graphite cast iron
Special case-hardened NiCrMo alloy steel for scrapers and conveyors
Quenched and tempered alloy steel for traction conveyors and other applications
