Segmented Plain Rim Wheels are designed for bucket elevators using DIN 764 or DIN 766 chains with DIN 5699 and DIN 745 shackles, or CICSA LH chains with ATS bucket attachments. They are suitable for rear-mounted buckets, while a rimless version is available for buckets with lateral attachments. The replaceable segments use special CrMo alloy steel with a minimum hardness of 40 HRC for high wear resistance. The welded steel hub is available as a standard Type A hub or a self-cleaning Type B hub with peripheral material discharge slots. The bore and keyway are machined according to customer requirements
Segmented Plain Rim Wheels are used in bucket elevators operating with DIN 764 and DIN 766 round steel chains and DIN 5699 or DIN 745 shackles. They can also work with CICSA LH chains and special ATS bucket attachments.
The standard wheel configuration is suitable for buckets with rear attachments. A version without rims is also available for buckets with lateral attachments.
The replaceable wheel segments are manufactured from special CrMo alloy steel and provide high wear resistance with a minimum hardness of 40 HRC. The steel hub uses welded construction and is available in two versions:
Type A: Standard hub.
Type B: Self-cleaning hub with peripheral slots for material discharge.
The bore and keyway are machined according to customer requirements.
