TOPONE Chain established its manufacturing operations in 1995 with a focus on welded steel chain production for industrial and mining applications. The factory initially supplied standard round link chains for local machinery manufacturers and construction material industries. Early production mainly covered DIN standard chains and short link transport chains for domestic industrial markets.
By 2005, the factory expanded production facilities and introduced automatic welding and heat treatment equipment to improve manufacturing efficiency and product consistency. Production capacity increased significantly with the addition of multiple automated chain lines. The company also expanded into export markets across Asia and Europe, supplying lifting chains, mining chains, and marine chains according to DIN, ASTM, and NACM standards.
In 2015, TOPONE Chain further upgraded its production system with advanced inspection equipment, automated calibration systems, and improved heat treatment technology. The factory began large-scale production of Grade 80 and Grade 100 high tensile lifting chains according to EN818-2, ASTM80, NACM96, and Australian standards. Product categories expanded to include mining compact chains, ship anchor chains, rigging chains, submerged conveyor chains, and stainless steel chains. Export coverage exceeded 30 countries across Europe and Asia.
By 2025, the factory area exceeded 15,000 square meters, including more than 5,000 square meters of manufacturing warehouse space. The company operated 9 automatic production lines with annual productivity reaching approximately 500,000 pieces of high tensile strength load chains. Production covered lifting chains, binding chains, anti-skid chains, tyre protection chains, fishing chains, and customized chain systems for mining, marine, construction, and heavy equipment industries.
In 2026, TOPONE Chain continues supplying standardized and customized chain solutions for industrial lifting, offshore engineering, transportation, aquaculture, and mining sectors. The company manufactures products according to NACM, ASTM, DIN, EN818, Australian, Norwegian, and Korean standards. Customized chain production now supports different tensile grades, surface treatments, dimensions, and application-specific requirements for global industrial customers.
